 AGES  3-6
BABY SHARK WEEK CAMP
 AGES: 3-6 (Must be potty trained)
 INSTRUCTORS: Mo Barnhart & Grace Wiens
  This will be an exciting camp with an under the sea theme. Stories such as Moana, Little Mermaid and Finding Nemo will be explored as well as sea themed pieces of art.  This camp will use music, dance, theatre, and art to enhance the theme.  Everyone will want to swim among the creatures of the sea and sing the BABY SHARK song!

 PJ MASKS CAMP
AGES: 3 - 6 (must be potty trained)
INSTRUCTORS: Gabrielle Wiens & Grace Wiens
  This camp will be based on the animated Disney Jr. series which focuses on three kids who have super-powered pajamas which help them save the night (and day) from being ruined by Villains.  This camp emphasizes the importance of good morals and will also have a dance component.

DISNEY CAMP - Morning Session

  Each day will focus on a different Disney movie such as Frozen, Incredibles, Toy Story & Beauty and The Beast.  This camp will use music, dance, theatre, and art to enhance the theme.  Campers will be invited to dress up for the final class and receive Disney treasures to take home.  This camp will also have a dance component.

Everyone’s favorite orphan finds a new family with Daddy Warbucks in this adaptation based on the Tony award winning musical. This production will be performed at Century II, Mary Jane Teall Theatre, 225 W. Douglas on Saturday, June 29. There will be an additional dress rehearsal at Century II on the afternoon of Fri., June 28. (Times TBA)

MUSIC MAKERS (A Music Revue)
AGES: 6-12
DIRECTOR: Julie Sharp  & Emily Green
This workshop will combine music, choreography & fun themes into a Music Theatre experience that will keep your kids singing & moving long after the class ends.  A great opportunity to develop talents, build confidence & make new friends along the way.  This class will culminate in a musical theatre performance to be presented at Century II, Mary Jane Teall Theatre on Sat., July 13. There will also be a final dress rehearsal at Century II on Fri. afternoon, July 12. (Times TBA)

SEUSSICAL KIDS (A Musical)

“Oh, the thinks you can think” when Dr. Seuss’ best-loved characters collide and cavort in an unforgettable musical caper!  This production will be performed at Century II, Mary Jane Teall Theatre on Saturday, July 13.  There will be an additional dress rehearsal at Century II on the afternoon of Fri., July 12. BASIC ACTING

An introduction to basic skills in acting such as vocal projection, stage movement, and character development.  There will be an informance on the final day of class.

"LIVING WAX MUSEUM" THEATRE/ART CAMP
AGES: 9-12
DIRECTOR: Mo Barnhart
 Art history will be explored as pieces of art are studied and monologues are written to give voice to the works of art.   Students will study & create art, write monologues and perform in an informal living wax museum on the final day of class.

ADVANCED ACTING
AGES: 9-14

An expansion of Basic Acting with an emphasis on acting technique, creating a character, scene study, monologues, and improvisation.  There will be an informance on the final day of class.

FROZEN, JR. (A Musical)
AGES: 10 & up
DIRECTOR: Josh Cain
 This enchanting modern classic from Disney brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage.  The show features all of the songs from the animated film, plus five new songs written for the broadway production. This production will be performed at Century II, Mary Jane Teall Theatre on Saturday, June 29. There will be an additional dress rehearsal at Century II on the afternoon of Fri., June 28. (Times TBA)

BROADWAY DANCE CAMP
AGES: 11 & up

 Students will learn choreography to well-known Broadway songs. Parents will be invited to observe the final portion of class on June 14.

ON THE RADIO
AGES: 9-14

Students will sing and learn choreography to popular songs heard on the radio.  This production will be performed at The Wichita Children’s Theatre on the last day of class.

ONE ACT CAMP (A Non Musical)

THEATRE WEEK CAMP
AGES: 12 & Up
DIRECTOR: Madeleine White, Jessie Gray, Rachel Downs & Staff
  This camp will incorporate Stage Movement/Combat, Improvisation,  Prop Making & possibly Script Adaptation.  Teens will work with local artists who are professionals in these areas. (Students will bring a sack lunch on Friday)
